IEEE CSCWD 2022 Registration

According to the COVID-19 control measures implemented in China today, we are currently planning for a hybrid mode of on-site/online for CSCWD 2022 in Hangzhou, China on May 4-6, 2022.

All the authors in Mainland China without travel restrictions are invited to attend the on-site conference in Hangzhou on May 4-6, 2022. Please complete conference registration using the on-site registration form (Chinese version: IEEE CSCWD 2022 Conference Registration Form: For authors from China to attend the conference onsite only, in MS Word). However, these authors can also choose to attend the conference online if they wish. Please complete conference registration using the online-only conference registration form (Chinese version: IEEE CSCWD 2022 Conference Registration Form: For authors from China to attend the conference online only, in MS Word).

If the conference is switched to online only due to the actual COVID-19 control measures in May 2022, a refund for the difference between on-site registration and online-only registration will be made to the related registered participants.

All the authors currently located outside of Mainland China are invited to attend the conference online and use the online-only registration form (English version: IEEE CSCWD 2022 Conference Registration Form (For authors from outside of China to attend the conference online only, in MS Word)).

Please note that all accepted papers must be registered (with either on-site fee or online fee) in order for them to be included in the conference proceedings.
