|
1. Torres del Paine – Patagonia (4 days / 3
nights)
Day 01: Punta Arenas / Puerto Natales
Upon your arrival, reception and
transfer to the city. Departure by scheduled bus to Puerto Natales.
Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Puerto Natales.
Day 02: Puerto Natales / Last Hope Sound / Puerto Natales
Breakfast at the hotel. Early in
the morning transfer to the pier. You will embark on a small motor boat
sail and along the Last Hope Sound where you can see black necked swans,
fauna of the region and colonies of sea lions. Following a journey of
approximately 3 hours arrive at Monte Balmaceda where you can see the
glacier of the same name. Continue to the Serrano Glacier. A 15 minute
walk takes you to the north side of the mountain for a great view of this
fabulous glacier. Lunch at the Estancia Perales on the way back and
return to Puerto Natales. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Puerto
Natales.
Day 03: Puerto Natales / Torres del Paine National Park / Puerto
Natales
Breakfast at the hotel. At 7:30
departure on regular services to Torres del Paine National Park.
Excursion to Torres del Paine National Park, where you will be able to
see the main highlights of the park such as Bitter Lagoon, Pehoe Lake,
Paine Horns, Great Fall, Grey Lake, etc. You will have a tasty lunch at
the restaurant of Lago Grey Hostel (lunch included) and optionally you
will be able to take the navigation to Grey Glacier. The tour includes a
visit to Milodón cave. Return to Puerto Natales at 8 PM. Overnight.
Day 04: Puerto Natales / Punta Arenas
Breakfast at the hotel. In the
morning transfer to the airport by scheduled bus.

2. San Pedro de Atacama (4 days / 3 nights)
 
Day 01: Calama / San Pedro de Atacama
Arrival in Calama and transfer to
San Pedro de Atacama on regular service.
On route you will see the
Cordillera de la Sal (Salt mountain range) and the only view of the
massive salt flat with the Licancabur volcano in the background. Arrival
to the hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Afternoon departure from hotel to
Moon Valley on regular service. You will stop along the route that joins
San Pedro with Calama and capture snapshots of the Salt Mountain Chain
from a lookout point there. Afterwards, you will visit the Valley of the
Dead. Later on, in Moon Valley, you will discover the salt statues called
"the Three Marías", the salt mine, salt caverns and you will
watch sunset from a large sand dune top. Return to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 02: San Pedro de Atacama
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day
excursion on regular service (with box lunch included) visiting the
village of Toconao with its interesting liparite stone buildings, and
then on to the Atacama salt flat where you will visit the Famingo
National Reservation, a habitat of 3 of the most beautiful species of
flamingo. You will then head for the altiplanic lakes of Miscante and
Miñique at over 4000 meters (over 13000 feet) above sea level. Return to
the hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Accommodation.
Day 03: San Pedro de Atacama
Depart at 05:30 am from the hotel
on regular service. Arrival at the Tatio Geysers (4,320 meters/14,169
ft.) at 7:00 AM. Breakfast and a stroll among the various geysers and
pools of thermal water. Return to San Pedro and on the route you will
stop at Puritama hot springs. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation.
Day 04: San Pedro de Atacama
Breakfast in the hotel. Morning
visit to Pukará del Quitor on regular service, the Salt Mountain Chain,
and the Catarpe ruins (Incan). Arrival to the Ruins of Tulor, over 3,000
years old. Return to San Pedro through the Ayllu de Séquitor. Return to
the hotel around 1:00 PM. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport
on regular services.

3. Easter Island (Isla de Pascua - Rapa Nui) (4 days / 3 nights)
Day 01: Hanga Roa
Arrival to Easter Island. Reception at Mataveri Airport
with flower necklaces. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight.
Day 02: Hanga Roa / Moai
Route / Anakena Beach / Hanga Roa
Breakfast. A full day tour, along the Moai Route
visiting; the “Ahu” (ceremonial platform in ruins) Vaihu, a place
surrounded by enormous statues which have fallen face down, and the
Ahu Akahanga, where the first king of the island was buried.
Further along, trip to the Rano Raraku Volcano, which is the most
spectacular crater in the zone and where the former island-people carved
the giant statues from the volcano's quarry, situated close to the
southern shore of the island. Here it is possible to observe the
different stages in the Moai construction, the biggest one still remains
at the basis of the quarry and is more than 20m long and weighs just
under 200 tons. Afterwards, visit to Ahu Tongariki, the biggest ahu on
the Island with 15 Moais (Statues), destroyed by a tidal wave in 1960 but
restored to its original position. Finally, expedition to Te Pito Kura,
an ancient settlement with a mystical circular stone, finishing at
Anakena Beach. Free time to enjoy the warm sea waters that surround the
island. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 03: Hanga Roa / Rano Kao
Volcano / Orongo / Hanga Roa
Breakfast, Half-day tour to the Rano Kao
Volcano, whose deep crater of lush vegetation contains a large fresh
water lake covered with totora. Afterwards, expedition to the Cultural
Centre of Orongo, situated at the top of the crater at over 300 m above
sea level and where every year the Bird Man or Tangata Manu ceremony
takes place. There are more than 100 petroglyphs representing the
Make-Make god and the Manutara seabird. Visit to Ana Kai Tangata, a
cavern where the island people took refuge during times of war and where
many pre-historic paintings can be seen. Finally, visit to Ahu
Vinapu, where the interesting architectural style reminds of the Inca's
legacy, due to the perfection of the cuts and location of the stones.
Return to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 04: Hanga Roa
Transfer to Mataveri Airport at the agreed time
for the departure flight. Farewell with shell necklaces.
